Travis is the Training Manager for the Missoula Call Center. He's been the interim manager since April and has really loved it. The permanent position opened on Monday, closed on Friday and he signed the offer today. The team loves him, he has a GREAT boss, and he's so energized! I am so proud of him. It's a great day!
