Today has not been the best where my health plan is concerned. I
have discovered that when I don’t feel well, I just want to eat. And
not healthy things. It’s been a struggle all day. I’ve followed my
plan pretty well, but I haven’t wanted to.
What causes you to “fall off the wagon”?
What do you do about it?
I would love to know what your tricks are.
So, I am extremely grateful that Travis is home these days. He’s
working on his taxidermy business, booking clients for next year’s hunts
and looking forward to the fishing season this spring. But he’s home.
And I just love spending time with him. Our lives sure have changed,
but like I’ve said before, change can be good. And in this case, it’s
awesome. So I’m going to focus on that for the rest of the evening.
