Today I was really craving sweets. I normally don't (give me a chip any day). So I made frozen hot chocolates and committed to 30 minutes on the treadmill. A year ago, I would have said "treadmill, schreadmill" or wouldn't have given it a single thought.
But now, I need to move out of maintain phase (good news - I know I can maintain) and keep going with my "weight release" phase. I'm not on a weight loss plan - if something is lost, it can be found again. I am making a conscious choice to release all of my extra wobbly bits!!! Buh BYE!
What is a choice that is difficult for you to make?
