It was sooooo good to get in the kitchen and cook today. I made
lentil soup and the fixings for the most delicious salad I’ve ever made.
It was so good, I didn’t even need salad dressing!

My video for today is of that yummy salad and my sweet dogs. After I
watched it back, I died laughing. When I said, “Riley, smile for the
camera”, I swear she heard me and bowed her head. She doesn’t love being
on camera either. LOLOLOLOL
I am so grateful for the beauty that is outside my windows every day.
Even in the winter, it’s still pretty. We have the Bitterroot and
Sapphire Mountain ranges surrounding us – mountains outside every
window.
