5 Day RESET - In The Bag

Done and done.  I had plenty of fruits and vegetables, my body feels amazing.  And the thought of a piece of toast with jam on sounds awful.  *GASP*  This really does “RESET” your body.

I do crave other things.  But the right things.  Proteins in the form of chicken or eggs or turkey bacon. And like I said - guacamole.  It really should be its own food group.

What do you crave?

Today has been, surprisingly, a good day.  We got up early to drive to Burley, ID – our home town – to be told otherwise.  The roads down there are closed so we wouldn’t have made it.  So we took today and just chilled. And I didn’t get out of my pjs until tonight.  I love days like that – where you think you have to do one thing, but you’re given the gift of time to do whatever you want.  Trav & I spent good quality time together. Which, lately, with his awesome taxidermy business happenings in my garage, isn’t the usual. :)
