I swear, the most difficult part is to decide. Are you on the fence about something? What will you decide to do today?
I decided that I will follow my RESET plan (Vanilla shake for breakfast, peanut butter bar for snack, chocolate shake for lunch, oatmeal raisin bar for snack and a triple-berry shake for dinner).
