Are you in the present moment?
Sometimes it is so difficult for me to stay present...to live in the moment. I rarely dwell on the past (that's how almost 20 years with Travis has gone by with barely a blink of an eye) but I'm always looking toward the future. My next trip, my next goal, my next on and on and on. Today I was really good about enjoying just today. Then I talked to my friend JD about a really awesome idea for another video challenge and I'm wicked thrilled.
