Grateful Month - Day 9

A picture of my handwriting

I still write in my journal - when I don't want 400 friends to read what I have to say, or I'm in remote locations with no internet to blog.  It's not very often, but enough to keep it around.  This is page 1 of my entry today.

I am so grateful I learned to write.  I fear it's a dying art.  At the same time I'm grateful for modern technology that lets me share my life with so many people.  This morning I was thinking of all of the "conveniences" that have been invented in my lifetime:

  • Internet
  • iAnything, really
  • MP3s
  • Remote Controls for TV (after the remotes with a cord for the VCR, remember?)
  • DVRs
  • DVDs
  • Blogging as we know it
  • eReaders
  • CDs
  • Laptops
  • Skype (video chat)
  • 3D printing
  • Wireless anything
  • USANA
  • Cell Phones (I think)
Aren't we blessed?
