Today I am grateful for best friends. I have a lot of best friends. Jesus, my best friend. My soul mate best friend. Sibling best friends. Best girl friends. I am just super blessed with my friends. But my colloquial best friend...he's the one that I would call if I needed help burying the body. He wouldn't ask questions and would just start digging. LOL
Scott is a gem. His heart for God is GINORMOUS and I'm most grateful to be a part of his journey on this earth. I've often said that things just aren't real until he knows them. He's hilarious, an amazing communicator, thoughtful and really smart.
One of my most favorite things is when I think "oh, I need to tell Scott that" he calls right then. Or when I pick up the phone to call him, he's texting me. It happens all the time.
I also love when we tease about how old we are getting. I was talking about how long we'd been friends (we think since Spring of 2000) and what it will be like when we're 80 years old. I tell him that I'll still yawn when we talk on the phone and say "Huh?" when I can't hear his mumbling. I'm already forgetting things - I just hope I remember him. HAHAHA
I have a ton of pictures of him. Here are the ones I grabbed from the computer in just a couple of minutes. In no particular order:

Las Vegas 2013

Las Vegas - 2012

Before "crash-your-BFF-into-a-guard-rail" incident of 2009
And now it's time for me to sign off the computer and head upstairs. I'll try not to break a hip.
