Guys, I have traveled A LOT. But never have I ever traveled like this. First was the lounge. Every drink imaginable and a buffet of delicious food! Snacks (I do not recommend the smoky almonds - it was like they drowned the almonds in cigarette smoke!), candy (only pink Starburst!), iced tea, coffee, every kind of water (lime Topo Chico for me - I took three of them!) Comfy chairs, showers, fancy lotion in the bathrooms, kind servers, and a relaxing two hours.
Then, this seat! Matt & Maria (M&M here on out) gave me a tutorial. There are buttons everywhere. Big screen for the movie, my first was “Are You There God, It’s Me Margaret”. And it is SOOO comfy…feet up. I DO recommend the warm nuts that they bring first thing. How have I LIVED?
Comfort at a whole new level.
As I was trying to get WiFi working, I never did, I must have pressed a button on my phone, but the Bible app came up. Or God did it so I would see it. The verse of the day is, “Give thanks to the Lord, call on his name; proclaim his deeds among the peoples.” Psalm 105:1
Yes. I do need to give thanks. Always. I am so grateful to M&M for such a gift. I don’t know how to say thank you.
In the meantime, I’ll just be here…watching movies (next up, Love Again) and eating my shrimp appetizer and drinking my lime Topo Chicos.
The food was ridiculous! The silverware was CHILLED. And take note of the glasses - not plastic!
And flying through the clouds. Literally and figuratively.
